How do they decide if they need to provide the pronunciation for a proper name?
"Gisele Bundchen (jih-ZEHL' BUN'-chen), supermodel and wife of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, was stopped for speeding over the weekend and given a verbal warning by a Massachusetts state trooper."

$150 Postum
Postum, which was made by Kraft until they discontinued it in 2007, apparently is still available for purchase on Amazon.
It's not cheap, but I think I know of at least one person who'd be willing to pay over $20/oz for the roasted grain beverage that was popular with Mormons. This is what George Seeley said, in 2008, campaigning to have the orphan brand revived:
"I feel as if a friend has died," posted Mr. Seeley on one of many Postum online bulletins. "Some think Postum is a coffee substitute – but ironically there is no REAL substitute for Postum."

“Rather, for me, restore the forest and the Indian village; in lieu of stars and stripes, let some poor feather flutter in the breeze; replace the streets and squares by wigwams; and though the death-song of a hundred haughty warriors fill the air, it will be music to the shriek of one unhappy slave.”
